- 1 pkg (250g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 cup Old Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Beat cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add beer; mix well
- Stir in cheese and onions
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
